Matangi Private Island Resort has four types of accommodation: Villa Matangi, the Tree Houses, the Beachfront Bure Bure and the Island's. These traditional bungalows are constructed of natural materials like bamboo, wood and palm leaves. Although the materials are so very traditional, the interior is contemporary and stylish. The furniture was made of painted wood and the colors of the materials match the environment, khaki green, warm red, white and refreshing. Large windows allow natural light to invade. From your hammock you listen to the sounds around your tropical bungalow.
Matangi Villa is more isolated than other accommodation options and is the largest two-bedroom bungalow in the resort. Both bedrooms have a lounge area and an ensuite bathroom. The villa has a lava rock shower in the air. The beautiful porch has a floor of pebbles in mosaic and offers enough space for the entire group.
Treehouses of the three, with two floors, are surrounded by lush tropical rainforest and offer ultimate privacy so, while only a few meters from the beach are removed. These bungalows are somewhat higher, giving you the tropical vegetation overlooking the Atlantic. The ensuite bathroom is spacious and you have an outdoor lava rock shower. While you relax on your sundeck or in your romantic bubble bath in the open air, listen to the sultry sounds of the nature.
The seven Beachfront Bure's are as much as possible in harmony with nature and built as the name suggests, with bungalows on the beach. To protect your privacy, but they are protected in the native vegetation. Again, you have a volcanic stone shower in the air. From your veranda you look between some palm trees, from the beautiful bay.
The two Island Bure are located in the tropical garden and are the most simple, but nevertheless high. They provide comfort with a touch Fiji and from your private veranda you can enjoy the exotic surroundings.
