Property Value

The following is the final order used by the property system for assigning property values run time dependency. The highest precedence is listed first. This list is based on some of the concepts expressed in general overview on the properties of dependence. Animations animations active or standby behavior. For any practical effect, the animation of a property must be able to take precedence over baseline (inanimate), even if that value is set locally. For details, see the Animations and baseline later in this topic. To be animated, the dependency property must be a type of property supported by existing classes of animation. A local value local value may be set by the CLR property wrapper, which also corresponds to the setting as an attribute or property element in XAML, or by calling the SetValue method using a property of a specific instance. If you set a local value using a group or a static resource, each of these elements has previously been set as if it were a local value. Property-based models.
