Invest in Real Estate in Townships of South Africa

House prices are rising rapidly in townships and homes sell best. Anyone who wants to invest, so investing in the township. Approximately 94 percent of the South African broker believes that owners of a house in the townships in South Africa their home for the asking price to sell. The average house price now stands at 223,000 rand (about 30,000 euros). Draw from the brokers the following conclusion: "The rising price of houses today in most townships and houses sell the fastest. Who wants to invest in South African real estate, put his money in townships." Ed Grondel, the South African First National Bank, attributes the real estate situation in the townships to the more realistic asking prices which many newcomers a house in a township to buy instead of renting: 75 percent of selling homes is bought by newcomers.
